The 2012 Annual Members' Exhibit

January 15th through February 10th
Opening Reception
Sunday, January 15th, 2 - 4pm
All GCA Members are invited to participate
NO ENTRY FEES

• Exhibition is open to all GCA members in good standing.
• Artists may become members or renew membership up to, and
  including, delivery day.
• All media accepted, ORIGINAL WORK ONLY, no
  reproductions.
• Work must have been completed since January 1, 2007.
• Work cannot have been exhibited previously in the Gateway Center.
• Artists are encouraged to submit 2 works each. *
• All wall-hanging art must be wired and ready to hang (No hooks,
  saw tooth tabs, etc.)
• Size limits:  None, but GCA may not accept work that is too  
  difficult to hang.
• FREE-STANDING WORK: Must be delivered secure and ready
        to display. Must be easy to move by one or two people. Artist
        should provide a base if necessary (A limited number of pedestals
        may be provided by GCA).
•GCA will charge 30% on all work sold during the show.
•Artists are responsible for insuring their own work.


RECEIVING:  Friday, January 6th, 10:00am-1:00pm,
                       Saturday, January 7th, 9:00am-12:00pm, and
                       Monday, January 9th, 1:00pm-4:00pm

PICK-UP UNSELECTED WORK:  Friday, January 13th, 10am-4pm and Saturday, January 14th, 9:00am-12:00pm

PICK-UP AFTER SHOW:  Saturday, February 11th 9:00am-12:00pm and Monday, February 13th, 10:00am to 4:00pm


Due to a tight schedule and limited storage space, artists who cannot come to the Center on these dates should make prior arrangements.

*   Note:  It is possible that only one piece per artist may be exhibited.  Please consider bringing two pieces anyway.  The ability to choose between different works by an artist ensures the best possible exhibition that is a credit to the artist, GCA, and the gallery space.
